The Taj Mahal is a newly opened accommodation located on Denman Island which is an hour and a half from Nanaimo, on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. The ferry to Denman Island is at Buckley Bay, beside the Petro Canada gas station, and sails about every hour. It is a 12 minute crossing to get from Vancouver Island to Denman Island and then a mere 7 minute drive from the ferry landing to the Taj. Stay right as you drive up the ferry hill and continue to stay right as you come to a fork in the road. Do not go up a second steep hill! The road to the right of the fork is Lacon, our road, which travels along the water. It is a beautiful drive and we are sure you are going to enjoy it.
